Blacktown Harley Davidson & Buell was formed in 1985 by Tom Browne. Today, Tom's son Daniel is the dealer princial at Blacktown Harley Davidson where the same passsion continues.

Workshop

Vince Surace: Service Manager
Vince has been with Blacktown Harley - Davidson for nearly 12 years, he runs our workshop making sure that our customers Servicing, Performance and Customization needs are met on time, on budget and to specification. With 26 years experience he is great mentor for our Technicians and makes sure that our workshop staff are up to date with the latest Harley-Davidson & Buell Technical Training. Vince is a member of the Blacktown Harley - Davidson Drag Racing team but also enjoys any form of motor sport. When Vince is not spending time with his Family you will probably find him on a Drag Bike, his Harley, in the Ski Boat or Riding Dirt Bikes with the Kids.

Lorenzo Capogna: Certified Harley - Davidson Technician
Laurie started with Blacktown Harley - Davidson back in 2003 and has been in the Motorcycle Industry since 1998. Laurie has been a Mechanic since 1987 and had his own Business for 5 years, he is considered to be one of our V-Rod Specialist’s. He is a member of the Blacktown Harley Drag Race Team currently running a 10 second V-Rod down the quarter mile. Outside of work Laurie spends time building his own Custom Bikes and Cars. When he doesn’t have a spanner in his hand you will probably find him traveling or piloting the Playstation 3.

Darren Shirley: Certified Harley - Davidson Technician
Darren commenced in the Automotive Industry back in 1988 and commenced with Blacktown Harley Davidson back in 2001 he is a fully qualified Harley Technician. Whilst he loves to ride he is also a committed family man who enjoys 4 Wheel Driving, Rock Climbing, Trail Bike Riding and Skiing

James Orr: Certified Harley - Davidson Technician
James is the newest member of our service team and has worked in the Motorcycle Industry for many years; he has extensive Harley-Davidson and Buell experience. James has been riding for 37 years ever since he could walk. Outside work James’s enjoys as much time as possible riding himself, teaching his boys to ride and spending quality time with his family. His current ride is a 2009 V-Rod Muscle.

James Connor: Apprentice Motorcycle Technician
James’s third year of his Apprenticeship is fast approaching he commenced at the Blacktown Harley Davidson in 2008.James follows all facets of Motorcycle racing but has a particular passion for Historic & Sidecar Racing. In his spare time James has been biding up an Old School XL1200 Sportster. This project is just about completed and we are all excited to see the end result. James is also a collector of Harley- Davidson Memorabilia.

Nathan Smith: Workshop Assistant
Nathan has been a member of the team at Blacktown Harley Davidson on and off for the last four years. He looks after all our uncrating and crating of Motorcycles. He is an avid Harley – Davidson Rider who in his spare time enjoys Cars and Drag Racing.

Daniel Browne: Director/Dealer Principal
Being one of Tom’s son’s Daniel grew up around the business and like other family members has it in his blood. Daniel has worked in all areas of the Business over the last 5 years and stepped into the Dealer Principals Role when Tom passed in April 2008. Outside the dealership Daniel is very much like his dad, he enjoys both Drag and Circuit Racing. He also trains at the Gym and enjoys his latest pursuit Kick Boxing; Daniel says “it helps him maintain a good mental edge”.

Liane Connor: Administration & Accounts Manager
Liane has been a part of the furniture at Blacktown Harley - Davidson for in excess of 10 years. Liane is our go to girl. There is not much about the day to day back end of the Business that Liane couldn’t tell you about. When Liane is not at work she enjoys weekends away and supporting her beloved Roosters.

Sales

Matt Sultana: Motorcycle Sales Executive
Matt has been riding and customizing Harley-Davidsons for over 13 years. His passion for Harley-Davidson led him his current role at Blacktown Harley - Davidson nearly 2 years ago. Matt is a real family man who enjoys Riding, Fishing and Cabinet Making in his little spare time.

Robert (Bob) Mackie: Sales Assistant
Bob has worked part-time at Blacktown Harley - Davidson for a little over 9 years. Whilst his main role is to assist with Motorcycle Sales he is a bit of a jack of all trades. Bob is known our resident Buell expert. You will find him here most Saturdays doing his thing.

Spares

Laurie Thomson: Parts Manager
Laurie is the newest member to the team. He has worked in the Motorcycle Industry for over 20 years. He is an avid rider whose interests include Motorcycle Restoration and Golf. Laurie hopes that his next Bike will be a V-Rod he just loves the get up and go of these machines.

Ray Harris: Spare Parts Interpreter
Many of our customers will know Ray from his 20 odd years of experience in the Harley-Davidson Industry. His vast knowledge of Harley-Davidson is mind blowing. Ray joined just over two years as ago and as anyone who knows him will attest he is unflappable. Outside of work Rays main love is just Riding and of course in between everything else the odd trip to his second home Thailand.

Corinna Milan:
Motorclothes & Chrome Consultant
Corinna’s main duties revolve around our Motorclothes and Visual merchandising. She is also becoming an adept Chrome Consultant. So if you are looking for the right fit in Riding Gear or comfort Corinna is the girl to speak to. Her interests include listening to music while chilling and just enjoying life in general.
